[sometimes she asks for specific drinks, or decent glasses of wine. and sometimes, like now, she trusts him and his expertise. trying to step a little further out of overthinking it, and instead just enjoying it for what it is.]

It's Japanese sake. [ he breathes out a sheepish chuckle. ] It has been quite a while since I had it, after I made myself busy with my establishment. But perhaps one day we can visit a sake bar together.
And thus for now, let me regale you with a personal favorite of mine.

[she's still mildly under the influence of what she made for herself, but its nowhere near as taxing as the first two versions had been. this one hardly gave strong effects - just seemed to relax the mind to a degree. not a bad creation, all considered.]
